About David Thompson
Throughout his career as a branding expert, storyteller, marketing leader and career coach, David Thompson has helped business owners, colleagues and students achieve their goals based on Belief – in themselves, their talents, their future.
In leadership roles in Brand Communications and Public Relations, David worked with Fortune 500 companies like Intel, Comcast, Philips Electronics, Sony Ericsson Mobile.
As Managing Partner of Bongo Consulting, a marketing strategy firm, he has helped clients in the B2B market and professional services sector grow business without guesswork or budget waste.
During eight years as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, he’s taught multiple Advertising courses, and created the first college course on Personal Branding, helping prepare hundreds of students for successful careers.
As a Personal Brand Coach and Motivator, he has been a guest speaker for professional organizations, networking groups, universities and student groups.
His biggest joy throughout his life has been family – he’s a stepdad, uncle, godfather, and now grandfather to 17 wonderful people (and growing).
